I booked in January for a holiday in April, this was cancelled due to Covid, I received a voucher which I had 3 weeks to use, rebooked for August and paid the additional fees.Was unable to attend in August due to child with Covid shielding letter. Unable to speak to anyone at Hoseasons, phone line went straight to pre recorded message saying go online to make a new booking. Several emails sent, no reply.Today, after not going on the holiday several weeks ago and despite not having heard from Hoseasons I received a call from Daniel who wanted to n ow if I was looking to make 2021 booking, when I explained my recent experience he put the phone down on me. Utterly appalling. I will never book again with Hoseasons, the park itself were great and I will always go direct in future.

The experience was nothing short of awful. We booked a 3 night break online and then found out we have more leave and could extend to a week. This is when the fun began (bear in mind we were trying to give you more business):- over 20 hours on hold and never got through - over 20 messages on Twitter (3 replied to only after I had publically tweeted to say you were not replying to messages). The rest were ignored. - 3 messages via Facebook - all were ignored - 2 complaints sent through - neither have been acknowledged or responded to Still no apology. The only reason we are still going with you is because you are just the broker and the holiday will be provided by Richardson's .... we have NO faith in Hoseasons as an organisation now. You were/are for us, an embarrassing organisation in chaos.

Disappointed customer

I am disappointed with Hoseasons as shortly after I booked my holiday the price was further discounted.I strongly feel that I should get a refund on the further disciunt

Barry of Chatham the overall experience of booking with…

The overall experience of booking with hoseasons is pretty easy the reason I gave a 3star is because I would like to see more pictures of the accommodation, sometimes on the accommodation pictures they use the same as the park settings pictures, having said this I use Hoseasons site for booking breaks away more than other sites

I was stuck in a loop trying to purchase the holiday. Error message said something like ... we can’t do this for you now, I can’t remember the exact wording but it was on step 2. Frustrating

False pricing on booking

No customer service

No deposit option was available. No way of applying discount for Blue Light card holders. No one answers telephone when phoning for help/clarification.

Inconsistent contract / payment / invoice amounts

When I clicked pay on the website it said £170 deposit was due, but when the invoice arrived it said £200 was paid (the overall total being £30 higher).My VISA statement actually shows £170 deposit has been taken but I'm left wondering what amount is going to be due, the web (contract) or emailed Invoice total? Will there be some issue when I arrive???Not so good...
